- This is a working supervisor role with hourly rate and overtime available.
- Full-time overnight shift: 11 PM – 7 AM.
- Base pay $44–$50 per hour, up to $55 with differentials.
As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well‑being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance with nursing policies, procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high‑quality care delivery.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff assignments and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards.
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.

What You’ll BringQualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:
- Valid state nursing license.
- Advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a long‑term care setting preferred.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
