Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Short Term Nursing Facility

Joina rapidly expanding hospitalist group dedicated to providing high-quality,patient-centered care in short-term nursing facilities in the Dover and Hampton, NH areas. We are seeking compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to support our mission, helping to enhance patient outcomes and overall care experience in a collaborative environment.

Full-time Monday – Friday 9am – 5 pm no call no weekends

$120,000- $200,000 potential. Full benefits package

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of New Hampshire
• National certification as a Family or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Experience in geriatrics, primary care, or assisted living settings is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and facility staff
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize patient care needs
