We are excited to announce a new Nurse Manager position to support the continued growth of our Cardiac Cath Lab service line at a Magnet-designated community hospital known for high-quality, patient-centered care. This is an outstanding leadership opportunity for an experienced Cath Lab RN who is ready to take the next step and expand their impact beyond the bedside. You'll play a key role in leading a well-established, high-performing team while helping guide the future of a fast-growing, complex procedural environment.

• Support complex interventional and diagnostic procedures
• Drive efficiency, workflow optimization, and process improvement

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Cath Lab

Directs, plans and coordinates the service activities and staffing performance of professional nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel in rendering quality patient care. May provide direct patient care.

• Ensure the development, implementation, and evaluation of staff onboarding, training, and education.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback for staff.
• Ensure a positive work environment that is safe for patients, visitors and staff.
• Coordinate unit activities with other hospital departments.
• Develop and implement staffing plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

• • Bachelor’s Degree Nursing required or
• • Master’s Degree Nursing preferred
• Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No

• Registered Nurse [RN - State License] required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support [ACLS Certification] preferred
• Basic Life Support [BLS] Certificate preferred

• • Nursing experience 2-3 years required
• • Nursing leadership experience 1-2 years preferred

• Strong commitment to clinical excellence.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided.
