We are excited to announce a new Nurse Manager position to support the continued growth of our Cardiac Cath Lab service line at a Magnet-designated community hospital known for high-quality, patient-centered care.
This is an outstanding leadership opportunity for an experienced Cath Lab RN who is ready to take the next step and expand their impact beyond the bedside. Directs, plans and coordinates the service activities and staffing performance of professional nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel in rendering quality patient care. May provide direct patient care.
Essential Functions- Ensure the development, implementation, and evaluation of staff onboarding, training, and education.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback for staff.
- Ensures a positive work environment that is safe for patients, visitors and staff.
- Coordinating unit activities with other hospital departments of the hospital.
- Develops and implements staffing plans.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.

QualificationsEducation
Bachelor's Degree Nursing required or
Master's Degree Nursing preferred
Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No
Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse [RN - State License] required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support [ACLS Certification] preferred
Basic Life Support [BLS] Certificate preferred
Experience
Nursing experience 2-3 years required and
Nursing leadership experience 1-2 years preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong commitment to clinical excellence.
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided.
