Float RN: Medicare Annual Wellness Visits; Ambulatory Care

Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Wentworth primary care team in a float capacity, supporting Medicare Annual Wellness Visits across 11 primary care offices. The RN will travel to a different office each day, conducting visits and preventive screenings with a biweekly schedule and advance office location notices.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of RN experience, with prior primary care nursing preferred, and must be comfortable working independently
