CNA - Skilled Nursing + stipend Dover, NH Local or Varies

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)  Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, you will provide compassionate, resident-centered care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You'll work closely with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to support residents' daily needs, comfort, and well-being while maintaining their dignity and independence.

• Shift: Rotating between evening shifts, 3 p.m.
  
  -11 p.m., and overnight shifts, 11 p.m.
  
  -7 a.m.
• Schedule: Five shifts per week, totaling 40 hours, including every other weekend. Specific days to be determined.
• Contract Length: Eight weeks.

• Current BLS certification.
• Current New Hampshire LNA license.
• At least one year of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation.
• Availability to rotate between evening and overnight shifts and work every other weekend.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation according to resident care plans.
• Obtain and document vital signs and other assigned observations under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
• Observe and promptly report changes in residents' conditions, behavior, or care needs to the nurse.
• Assist with meals and hydration, recording intake and output as directed.
• Provide accurate documentation of care and communicate resident needs during shift handoffs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow facility policies, infection prevention practices, and resident privacy requirements.
