Vishay Dover, a leading manufacturer of discrete semiconductors and passive components, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support our manufacturing processes. This role involves calibration, inspection, and quality analysis to ensure product and customer compliance.

Dover, New Hampshire – southwest of downtown Dover, near UNH campus. The facility is located a few miles from downtown and is part of the New Hampshire Seacoast region.

• Maintain the Calibration System, including instrument recall, vendor interaction and records maintenance.
• Support Operations by responding to Production/Shop Floor requests, creating customer shipment reports, maintaining traceability and assisting with inspections (Final, In-Process, 1st PC, or PPQ).
• Support FAI and APQP processes by completing inspections, measurements, gage studies and related reports.
• Support Incoming/Receiving Inspection by developing/enhancing part‑specific protocols, creating automated inspection programs with Keyence inspection equipment, investigating and communicating issues, and assisting with inspections.
• Assist with troubleshooting product issues from customers or the production floor and completing related documentation.
• Support Customer Source Inspection and Self‑Release, including acting as a designated agent and interacting with Customer Source Inspectors.
• Assist with executing NCR and MRB dispositions or coordinating completion.
• Conduct Production Floor and CAPA follow‑up/verification audits.

• Strong ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of Vishay manufacturing processes, workmanship requirements, and documentation; proficiency in reading customer and Vishay specifications.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple departments.
• Adherence to Vishay’s attendance policy.
• At least 2‑year degree in Science, Engineering, Business or Technology, or equivalent experience of at least 1 year.
• Proficient PC skills.
• Commitment to specific on‑the‑job training and other training assigned by supervisor.
• Must achieve proficiency in the above requirements within 1 year of hire.
