We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team in our Portsmouth, NH office and surrounding locations. This is not a remote position. Success in this role will require a strong local network and in‑person relationship building in the community.

• Base salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
• Potential total first‑year compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 (base, bonuses, uncapped commissions)
• Top performers can earn over $100,000 in their first year

Build and leverage a strong local network and in‑person relationships in the community. Manage and grow your customer base across our range of Auto, Home, and Life products.

• Previous employment in a sales role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers.
• State insurance license – or willingness to earn one with training and support – in Property & Casualty, and Life.

• Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Well‑developed persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
• Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base.

• Uncapped pay including base salary and bonuses, with renewal commissions providing opportunity to increase earnings each year.
