Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is expanding our Security Team at SIG Sauer. We are looking for full‑time and part‑time Security Officers to fill shifts at various locations.

No experience necessary! Although our ideal candidate is former/current military, former law enforcement, or security background, we will provide training and everything you need to start a career in the security industry.

Schedule

• 1st Shift – starts at $20.00/hr, after 6 months automatically bumped to $21.00/hr.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma or GED
• Standard computer/technology skills
• Previous military and/or law‑enforcement experience is a plus
• Reliable, accountable, punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Conflict resolution & de‑escalation skills preferred
• Strong customer‑service skills
• Ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals
• Capability to conduct foot and/or mobile patrols in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and vigilance
• Comfortable with access‑control duties
• Reliable means of transportation & communication
• You will be an unarmed Security Officer

Pay

$20.00/hr – $22.00/hr

All employees are eligible for hourly wage increases and leave entitlement as outlined in company policy.
