Join our team at Mavis Tires & Brakes! We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis in our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Dover, NJ area.
Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States with over 2,000 retail locations.
We offer eligible Automotive Tire Technicians guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!
What Does the Role Involve?- No experience is needed. We provide paid training and on‑the‑job learning.
- Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
- Earn weekly bonus payments tied to every service performed on top of your guaranteed hourly rate.
Starting base rate negotiable, with additional earning potential through weekly bonus payments.
