Howmet Aerospace is currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our Casting Facility located in Dover, New Jersey

Anticipated Pay Range: $119-140K per year. Pay rates within this range are determined based on various factors including experience, education, certifications, etc.

Position Summary: The Supply Chain Manager leads a cross-functional planning team, aligning supply chain strategy with operational execution to meet business objectives. This role integrates the forecasting, scheduling, inventory management, and customer interface across internal and external stakeholders. The Supply Chain Manager acts as the central orchestrator between production, planning, and customer expectations, with a strong emphasis on performance outcomes, communication, and leadership development.

• Business Acumen & Strategic Alignment: Integrates deep understanding of production needs, lean principles, and customer demand. Champions inventory accuracy and optimization and aligns supply chain decisions with financial goals and customer satisfaction. Connects operational plans with broader revenue and cost strategies.
• Leadership & People Development: Builds and mentors a high-performing team of planners and supply chain professionals. Implements "talent factory" strategies by coaching junior staff, promoting cross-training, evaluating team fit, and developing future leaders. • Integrated Planning & Forecasting: Oversees all elements of production planning and supply chain scheduling. Leads the creation and execution of master production schedules, ensuring alignment with customer forecasts, historical trends, capacity constraints, and plant capabilities. Manages long-range planning while remaining agile to short-term disruptions.
