Banking Associate – Rockway (20) – TD

Dover, New Jersey, United States

20 hours per week

$23.75 – $31.00 USD per hour

• Process everyday banking transactions on teller line or platform
• Open and close personal deposit accounts, handle debit/credit card issues, regulatory E, mobile and online banking
• Provide consultative advice, educate customers on products/services, advocate with proactive insights
• Utilize TD systems to acquire and deepen relationships, connect with customers, deepening relationships through lead management activities
• Identify opportunities to promote and educate on products, services, and refer to appropriate team member or internal bank partner
• Meet with Banker by scheduling, rescheduling or canceling client meetings, manage wait times

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year customer service experience (volunteer, education, military preferred)
• Teller experience preferred
• Strong organization, communication, problem‑solving, scheduling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Notary license preferred

• Deliver legendary customer service while transacting, promoting, educating and referring TD products
• Manage wait times, schedule appointments, support bank’s customer service strategy, follow compliance programs
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, internal/external audit, regulator requests
• Adhere to TD Code of Conduct, maintain records of action plans
• Act as brand champion, collaborate with teammates, continuously improve quality standards
