Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. Performs duties in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.

• Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $36.78 to $53.50.
