Recruiter – SVP of People Operations
Under the direction of the SVP of People Operations, the Recruiter will be responsible for managing and assisting the full‑cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Responsibilities- Screen and prequalify candidates via phone screens and move candidates along throughout the application process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Post open positions to the company website as well as job boards such as Indeed, Linked In, Zip Recruiter, Idealist, etc.
- Maintain all job boards, ensuring all positions are up to date, accurate, and refreshed.
- Assist with volunteer and student hiring, understanding department needs/goals, and maintaining volunteer records including candidates filling the projects and/or internships.
- Ensure applications are complete prior to in‑person interviews.
- Assist with preparation of monthly orientations by sending out email invitations to attendees, hiring managers, and presenters; preparing orientation packets, agenda, and sign‑in sheet as requested and needed. Gather completed documents from attendees and file in personnel file.
- Assist with filing and personnel records maintenance.
- Maintain and update recruiting spreadsheets for weekly recruiting meetings with HR Team and Director of Site Operations.
- Collaborate with human resources team on implementing new recruiting strategies that will improve the pool of candidates.
- Maintain relationships with external schools to ensure candidate pipelines, including securing and updating MOUs.
- Develop strategies to recruit for hard‑to‑fill positions.
- Maintain HR metrics around recruitment, such as time to fill, time to hire, turnover rates, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the function of the human resource department.
- Knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment, including a personal computer and associated software such as Word, spreadsheets, and graphic applications. Knowledge of Word and Excel required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, telephone skills and etiquette.
- Knowledge of correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary.
- Ability to exercise interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy.
- Detail oriented with ability to plan and perform complex administrative duties; establish priorities, and organize work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all organizational matters.
- Ability to maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
- Ability to meet schedules and timelines and to work independently with little direction.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in a professional, office environment. Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Educational and professional focus in Human Resources or Recruitment.
$57,500-$66,650
