Responsibilities- Process new hire paperwork, background checks, drug screen coordination, and complete I-9/E-Verify.
- Handle status changes, terminations, promotions, and other personnel changes with proper approvals before HRIS entry.
- Maintain licensure and certification reports to meet federal, state, and regulatory compliance.
- Process evaluations and keep personnel records current.
- Support hospital recognition programs and answer general HR questions.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of Human Resources experience. - Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $26.39 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and tuition reimbursement.
