Production Worker (Wax Four Step Cell Operator - 2nd Shift)

Assist in the setup and creation of wax molds for the wax four‑step cell process.
Work DetailsShift: Afternoon (Monday to Friday 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM). Training is on the 1st shift (Mon‑Fri 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM).
New hire starting hourly rate: $23.42; after 12 months: $26.05. A shift premium is paid while on an off‑shift assignment.

- Perform wax injection, wax inspection, and core preparation.
- Conduct wax pattern dimensional inspection and possible CMM inspection.
- Use ultrasonic measurement equipment for wax pattern inspection.
- Set up, operate, view, and interpret wax X‑ray equipment.
- Engrave wax patterns.
- Perform cell support duties and other assignments as needed.
- Assist in implementing EHS values, policies, and principles.
- Comply with all department, facility, corporate, and regulatory EHS regulations.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report illnesses, injuries, and safety, health, and environmental concerns to supervisor.
- Attend all EHS training.
Interact internally with engineering, quality, and other members of the wax department.
QualificationsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a U.S. person under ITAR (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, political asylum seeker, or refugee) and legally authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship.
- Must reside within 50 miles of Dover, NJ (relocation benefit not offered).
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Must pass a visual accuracy test after on‑the‑job training.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to perform highly detailed and repetitive work.
- Manual dexterity.
- Readability of detailed work instructions.
- Detect defects in complex core configurations and apply x‑ray techniques.
- Basic keyboard data entry skills for the Nanoscope.
- Clear communication of problems.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lb.
