Our ICU unit seeks an experienced RN Nursing Manager to lead critical care nursing service functions, ensuring exceptional patient care and compliance with regulations.

The Manager of ICU is a Registered Nurse with 24-hour administrative responsibility for all critical care nursing service functions. Responsibilities include supervising, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care delivery; developing and implementing departmental plans, including performance improvement activities; supervising and evaluating all personnel assigned to the unit; ensuring effective utilization of nursing personnel; and collaborating with staff, physicians and administration verbally and in writing.

• Valid state Registered Nurse license.
• BLS (AHA) upon hire and ongoing maintenance.
• Minimum of two years supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum of three years continuous clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• ACLS (AHA) upon hire and ongoing maintenance.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required for all hires after 1/11/2021.
