The RN Clinical Coordinator will oversee the delivery of optimal, safe, quality nursing care and regulatory compliance while providing leadership to staff by being an effective resource, role model, mentor and change agent. This position will positively influence the quality and delivery of patient care. The coordinator will coordinate all operations on a shift, seven (7) days a week, to meet the needs of all customers utilizing services within the designated area.
Supports the mission and values of the health care system. Responsible for evaluating, assessing, and monitoring staff performance and adhering to policies and procedures.
- Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the state.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS, AHA) upon hire and maintained.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, recent Charge Nurse and/or other management experience.
- ACLS, PALS, NRP and AWHONN certifications required if the department calls for them.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $39.59 to $53.50.
The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, based on skillset, years of experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
