Base pay: $20.00/hr – $24.00/hr. (This range is set by Excel Care Health Management; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.)

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Provide mobility support and help maintain resident comfort
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• Work closely with nurses and other care team members to deliver high‑quality care

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Nursing Aide licensed in Delaware
• Compassionate, reliable, and team‑oriented individuals
• Strong communication and time‑management skills

• Must be able to commute to Dover, DE daily
