A rapidly growing electronics contract manufacturer is seeking a driven, energetic, and ambitious individual to join our team as Business Development Representative. This is more than just a sales role-it’s the first step in an intentional, growth-oriented career path that feeds directly into our sales organization. As a BDR, you’ll play a critical role in fueling our pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic lead generation.

You will be working closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization, as well as a multitude of prospects from lower-level management to C-Suite Executives.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social channels.
- Work with various lead sources in support of strategic campaigns to qualify or disqualify based on specific criteria.
- Identify decision-makers and key influencers using research tools such as Linked In, Industry Media, and Google.
- Nurture prospects effectively until they are ready to engage.
- Execute a consistent contact cadence to secure qualified appointments.
- Build rapport with prospects by offering relevant resources (e.g., webinars, conferences).
- Uncover customer pain points and needs by asking insightful discovery questions.
- Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Anta”s solutions to articulate value and overcome objections.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity goals related to outreach, conversations, and meetings booked.

- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, outbound prospecting, or lead generation.
- Strong communication, active listening, and storytelling abilities via phone, email, and social.
- Confidence in conducting high-volume outreach and engaging busy executives.
- Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain high activity levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Working knowledge of CRMs and ERP systems (visual Infor, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira).
- Knowledge of the RFP process and Sales Cycles.
- Knowledge of the transportation, power distribution, and PCB industries a plus.
- A positive, coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
