Salary: $22.00–$35.00 per hour + commission

Position Overview

We are seeking a Lawn Sprinkler Irrigation Technician to install, maintain, and service irrigation systems for residential and commercial clients. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail , and the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of irrigation experience , a clean driving record, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and upgrade lawn sprinkler systems
• Troubleshoot and repair leaks, valves, wiring, controllers, and heads
• Install timers, controllers, and rain sensors
• Perform underground repairs, including digging as needed
• Communicate professionally with clients about system maintenance and expectations
• Ensure efficient and accurate job documentation and service records

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in irrigation service or installation
• Strong understanding of irrigation plumbing, hydraulics, and electrical components
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Monday to Friday with Saturdays required during peak season
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (average)
• Peak season schedule (April–June, October–November): 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (average)
• Work performed outdoors in all weather conditions
• Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Work is on-site only, remote work is not available
