• Work-life balance: Flexible part-time schedules – no evenings or weekends required

As a PS Pro, you’ll deliver exceptional salon and spa services while creating uplifting experiences for senior clients. Use your artistry and skill to enhance beauty, boost confidence, and form lasting connections every day.

• Active, valid cosmetology license in this state (required)
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Proof of identity & eligibility to work in the U.S. (required; sponsorship not available)
• 6–8 hour shifts (evening/weekend hours may be available upon request)
• Strong hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
• Commitment to professional appearance and client satisfaction
• Ability to adapt services for diverse needs, including seniors
• Team-oriented, punctual, and dependable

• Experience serving senior populations or in senior living communities
• Knowledge of latest hair trends and techniques
• Advanced certifications in cosmetology, hair color, or styling
• Average hourly earnings: $22–$38 per hour (based on commission)
• W-2 employee status: Unemployment insurance protection; no booth rent or contractor fees
