Essential Responsibilities- Make regularly scheduled store visits
- Ensure inline General Merchandise categories are well stocked and maintained
- Place and maintain displays (set up promotional and sales displays, introduce and cut in new items)
- Complete resets
- Build relationships with store managers and employees
- Stock merchandise
- Maintain shelf conditions by keeping sections blocked and free of debris
- Tag/price compliance
- Reorder products you service
- Maintain inventory levels for inline sections, power panels, clip strips, and cross merchandise
- Prepare and complete weekly service reports via tablet
- Manage back stock, ensuring product is worked to shelf
- Ensure planogram compliance at shelf
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in retail, grocery, food service, or merchandising is preferred.
- Basic computer skills – able to use login/password and follow simple instructions.
- Knowledge of product and/or experience with merchandising general merchandise or health and beauty care products preferred.
- Ability to read and write short correspondence and memos.
- Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
- Ability to add and subtract two‑digit numbers and to multiply and divide by 10’s and 100’s.
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

This is a commission‑based role. The hourly base pay would be between $14.81 and $16.56 per hour depending on experience plus commission of up to $1.69 more per hour based on weekly sales. This will take effect after 4 weeks of training. During your training period the pay is $16 per hour.
