Position: SENTA – Deaf Support Base with BSL

Red Box are currently looking for a Special Education Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant –
Deaf Support Base with BSL (British Sign Language) to fill a position in a mainstream primary school located in Tower Hamlets
.

£200 referral fee if you refer a teacher or TA to us and they work 30 days!

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum of 6 months experience working with autism, challenging behaviour and complex needs
Deaf Support Base with BSL (British Sign Language)
Experience working in a UK classroom setting
Commitment and flexibility
Behaviour management skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as individually
Understanding of primary school curriculum
Excellent work ethic and positive attitude, ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to arrange for one
Excellent references covering at least the last 2 years of employment
Immediate trial days arranged following registration
