• Lead month, quarter, and year-end close, ensuring accurate reporting and audit compliance.
• Oversee accounting for inventory, fixed assets, accruals, payroll, cash, and intercompany accounts.
• Manage and develop a team of senior accountants; set goals, provide guidance, and oversee hiring and training.
• Maintain internal controls and policies to ensure SOX compliance.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to improve inventory processes and reporting.
• Support acquisitions through due diligence, process integration, and accounting setup.
• Serve as primary liaison with internal and external auditors.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and ad hoc reports.
• Drive process improvements and cross-department collaboration.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting required; CPA/MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of public or corporate accounting experience.
• Prior supervisory experience; ERP system knowledge preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with ability to manage large datasets.
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
