• Working daily with assurance staff and client engagements where you will direct assess to clients and keeping open communication on planning and strategy.
• Reviewing budgets to ensure engagement efficiencies.
• Ensuring solid client communications with firm leadership team and clients to streamline engagement performance and strengthen relationships.
• Assisting with the development of staff, ranging from engagement performance to new standards and pronouncements.
• Reviewing engagement work papers and financial statements based upon firm objectives.
• Coordinating firm resources to meet client deliverables based upon established timelines.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 4 to 7 years of progressive experience in public accounting with 2+ years of reviewing tax returns
• Nice to have: Experience leading audit or assurance engagements and the development of staff
• Corporate and individual tax preparation
• Skills: Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Experience with Excel, Creative Solutions Accounting, Quick Books, and/or Lacerte is ideal
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
