Aston Carter in Downers Grove, IL seeks a Staff Accountant to support the finance team with timely receivables collections, credit-hold management, and invoice processing in a hybrid office setting.
You will serve as a liaison among Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Order Entry, Customer Service and Sales, assist the Director of Finance, participate in month-end close, audits, and process improvements; the role begins onsite four days a week with one day remote for the first 90 days.
