Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator:

• Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports, ACH payments, wire transfers, and check runs.
• Review invoices for approvals, coding accuracy, and proper general ledger classification.
• Prepare AP aging reports, journal entries, and assigned account reconciliations.
• Support month-end close activities and tax/compliance reporting requirements.
• Maintain vendor records, 1099 documentation, and respond to payment inquiries.

Qualifications for the Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator:

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience.
• Experience with month-end close support, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet proficiency.
• Experience working with ERP or accounting systems.
