Accounting Operations Coordinator

. The Accounting Operations Coordinator is a key staff position that supports and facilitates day-to-day Accounting Operations. The role uses the AAXIS Policy Administrations System to execute multiple daily, weekly and monthly processes while interfacing with key staff internally and with Agents and Bank personnel externally.

• Daily Payment Execution and Controls
• Agent Sweeps
• Positive Pay
• Voids
• Claims, Refund and Void 3-way reconciliation
• Daily Mail Payment Processing
• Aging report

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Self‑motivated and efficient all‑around contributor to maintain a diverse set of key responsibilities and serve as backup to others
• Minimum 3 years experience in an operations office environment working detailed processes with some customer service exposure
• Fundamental business and accounting knowledge required; insurance basics preferred
• Experience with systems and spreadsheets
• Not accepting sponsorship
• Hybrid role out of Kemper's Downers Grove, IL office

The range for this position is between $15.82 and $25.00 an hour. When determining candidate offers, we consider experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location among other factors.
