• Review a high volume of carrier invoices, identifying discrepancies and resolving billing issues – typically over 200 invoices daily.
• Communicate with carriers, internal sales reps, and customers to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers through routine professional communication.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing to customers, meeting all specific requirements including online portals and EDI.
• Support the team by processing inquiries, fulfilling requests promptly, and assisting with general office duties.

• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic team player with strong multitasking skills.
• Solid experience in corporate billing and invoicing.
• Motivation to expand knowledge of accounts payable and the transportation industry.
• Receptive to new ideas and opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet navigation.
