We are seeking an experienced Automotive Interior Specialist to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive interiors and a deep understanding of custom fabrication techniques, particularly for Porsche vehicles. This role involves collaborating closely with our restoration team to design, fabricate, and install bespoke interior components that meet the clients' unique specifications.

• Design and fabricate custom interior components for Porsche vehicles, ensuring each piece reflects the original luxury and performance.
• Work with a variety of materials, including leather, Alcantara, wood, and metal, to create high-quality interior finishes.
• Collaborate closely with restoration technicians to align interior designs with overall restoration goals.
• Conduct thorough inspections of existing interiors to assess restoration needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices at all times.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually enhance craftsmanship and service offerings.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project ideas and provide updates, ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Proven experience in automotive interior fabrication, with a focus on luxury or classic vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of upholstery techniques, materials, and tools, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with restoration technicians.
• Passion for Porsche vehicles and a deep understanding of their unique design elements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in automotive upholstery is a plus.
