The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $18.00/hr; base pay may vary based on experience, skills, and market location. As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands‑on experience in a Goodyear Auto Service center by learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.
Experience isn't required for this position. You will be trained in any skills required.

Depending on location, stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.
What do we consider?- Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
- Commitment to learning new technology in the rapidly changing automotive industry.
- Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training.
What skills will you learn?
- Basic automotive services such as tire mounting & balancing, repairs, oil changes, filter replacements, etc.
- Training with mid- and senior-level technicians to learn additional services.
- Excellent guest service, communication, and feedback about vehicle care.
- Promoting teamwork to meet guest expectations.
- Strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
- Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
