* What you’ll do:

*** Develop new business with current and prospective customers to grow sales while maintaining current business base.
* Develop relationships with current customers and prospects at all levels to increase sales volume and promote better communication.
* Present and negotiate contracts and proposals for prospective business to increase sales volume.
* Work with Customer Account Specialist to ensure adequate inventories are available to maintain customer satisfaction and expectations while properly utilizing Silgan White Cap revenue.
* Maintain contact via telephone, emails and headquarter or plant visits with key personnel of current and potential customers to stay abreast of new business opportunities.
* Work on accounts receivables to resolve credit issues such as remittance discrepancies and late payments to better manage working capital.
* Negotiate equitable settlements on claims to mutual satisfaction of the customer and Silgan White Cap.
* Identify and help develop opportunities in new markets.

*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of related experience.
* Sales background in plastics packaging.
* Ability to travel 50% of the time.

* Leadership skills.
