• Develop and continuously refine M&A and partnership strategy aligned with corporate objectives
• Identify, research, and prioritize acquisition targets ranging from early-stage innovators to scalable niche players
• Lead the end-to-end transaction process including evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiation, and closing
• Partner with business unit leaders to ensure smooth post‑acquisition integration and realization of synergies
• Track and report on deal performance metrics, including capability impact and financial outcomes

• 3+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, private equity, or investment banking, ideally in technology or software sectors
• Proven ability to source and close deals independently
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with comfort in valuing early‑stage and IP‑driven businesses
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage founders, investors, and executives
• Demonstrated experience in technology assessment, product integration, or innovation strategy

• Entrepreneurial mindset: scrappy, curious, and persistent in finding “off‑market” opportunities
• Experience in building structured acquisition roadmaps targeting technology‑driven companies
• Familiarity with market mapping of emerging technologies and competitors
• Understanding of integration planning and post‑acquisition performance tracking
