, operating our Molly Maid cleaning franchise in Downers Grove, IL. This role combines strong sales acumen with operational and team leadership to drive aggressive growth, build a positive culture, and maintain high‑quality service delivery.
- Base Pay:
Competitive, commensurate with experience. - Annual Bonus:
Opportunity to earn bonuses based on meeting company growth targets. - Paid Time Off (PTO): 5 days after 3 months, increasing to 10 days after 1 year of employment.
- Drive revenue growth with strategic sales plans across commercial and residential sectors.
- Conduct on‑site assessments and prepare detailed cleaning estimates and proposals.
- Build and retain long‑term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Own the sales pipeline: lead generation, qualification, and closing.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff to exceed customer expectations.
- Lead field cleaning teams: schedule, assign work, and enforce quality and safety protocols.
- Manage office support staff and complex scheduling logistics.
- Oversee maintenance, repair, tracking, and efficient operation of the vehicle fleet and equipment.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and profitability.
- Set ambitious growth targets and track KPIs; prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure all services meet company standards.
- You have a natural drive for sales and business growth.
- You thrive leading and supporting a team with open communication.
- You enjoy building genuine relationships with staff and clients.
- You have strong organizational skills and can prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- You adapt well to varied environments while engaging with the team and customers.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Successful background check.
- Bilingual: professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or office/operations management (or equivalent).
- Track record of sales/estimating success in a service‑based industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 8 am–5 pm.
