The Project Manager will manage key accounts and lead project management at any point in time from concept approval through launch.
Key Responsibility:- Project Management for client new product pipeline and changes to existing items
- Support customers’ needs, shipping coordination, inventory reporting, and provide various status reports
- Communicate directly with the customer(s) in writing, by phone and in person as needed
- Be both the voice of the customer to the company, and voice of the company to the customer
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a consumer products customer service-related role, personal care products and or contract manufacturing strongly desired
- SAP is strongly desired.
- Effectively able to communicate at all levels of management internally /externally
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
- Promote cooperation by projecting a positive attitude
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $65,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $80,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
