ARCO/Murray Superintendent will manage all administrative tasks associated with construction and field operations from day one. • Attend post‑award review meeting to receive preplanning information.
• Participate in schedule preparation and staff selection.
• Direct and control the project to meet specifications within time and budget.
• Assist in procurement and approvals of shop drawings and material samples.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and integrate with project schedules.
• Inform supervisors and subcontractors promptly of schedule changes.
• Assist in preparation of cost and progress reports.
• Review and approve all requisitions, field purchase orders, invoices, and other significant documents.
• Cooperate with owner and representatives, keeping them informed of progress.
• Hold job site meetings and report regularly to the project manager.
• Maintain a daily diary of all significant project facts, events, and approvals.
• Adhere to the company’s safety program in all phases and areas.
• Make decisions under tight deadlines and organize people, tools, and equipment.
• Demonstrate leadership skills, address conflict, and exhibit commitment to quality.
• Act with integrity, supporting the company, its values, and employees.

• 5–25+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 of those years as a lead superintendent.
• Previous experience leading projects that include indoor/outdoor pools, amenity spaces, and/or commercial kitchens or bars is preferred.
• Computer skills: proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.
• Possess a current, valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
