ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager passionate about the design/build construction process to join our Entertainment team based in Downers Grove, IL. • Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of a project from pre‑construction through closeout
• Work closely with clients and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and budgets
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, reduce costs, propose value engineering, and negotiate contracts and fees
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buy‑out process for all trades and vendors
• Identify opportunities to procure materials or specialty equipment directly when advantageous to budget or schedule
• Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to review scopes, schedules, and site logistics plans
• Lead pre‑construction planning meetings to solve constructability, sequencing, and manpower issues
• Lead OAC meetings on‑site during construction to review progress and address challenges directly with the client
• Track and manage project performance vs budget, prepare owner pay applications, cost status, and progress billing reports
• Ensure the construction process is safe, high‑quality, and fun for clients, subcontractors, and vendors

• BS in Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of construction management or engineering design experience
• Experience leading ground‑up commercial, light industrial, multi‑family, hospitality, or entertainment construction projects preferred
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
