You will handle calls, emails, and inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
The role emphasizes hospitality, problem-solving, teamwork, and operational support with 35–40 hours/week, including varying shifts and some holidays. Compensation is $19/hour.
