• Serves as the district’s chief instructional leader , guiding the design, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum and instructional programs.
• Supports and empowers building leaders and teachers , fostering alignment, professional learning, and innovation.
• Leads district assessment systems and reporting , ensuring data-informed decision-making.
• Oversees college, career, and technical education pathways , dual credit programs, and postsecondary readiness partnerships.

Collaborates on school improvement and intervention strategies that promote student success.

• Master’s degree in Education (Curriculum and Instruction preferred); doctorate preferred.
• Illinois Professional Educator License with General Administrative Endorsement and Teacher Evaluator designation.
• Superintendent endorsement and relevant district-level experience preferred.

Salary Range: $191,507 - $210,927 - with a comprehensive benefits package.
