Division Controller

LHH is partnering with a returning publicly traded manufacturer to find a Division Controller for their team in the western suburbs of Chicago.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for:

• Overseeing month-end close and financial reporting for the division
• Driving the FP&A process
• Ensuring strong internal controls
• Collaborating closely with corporate accounting and finance leadership

• Strategic exposure to both division operations and corporate leadership
• Opportunity to shape financial processes and influence business decisions
• Hybrid work setup with 3 days in office a week and travel up to 25%, primarily across the Midwest to have a pulse on the business

• 10+ years of progressive experience, including Controllership
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CPA
• Public accounting experience highly preferred
• Public company experience and an understanding of SOX highly preferred
• Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems

• Base salary range 170-210k
• Bonus target up to 25% based on company and individual performance
• Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis. PTO hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
