JMG is in search of a full-time
Client Service Associate. This individual must possess excellent organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills and must be able to work in a fast-paced professional office environment. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and the willingness to learn other business-related software, in which training will be provided.

The duties of this role would include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assists with managing client accounts at Schwab, which includes preparing and processing client paperwork and transferring funds as needed
• Organize and maintain a variety of files, records and databases
• Process tax returns
• Exposure to multiple advisor practices by providing support to Client Service Coordinators and Managers.

Any experience and basic knowledge in the area of finance, income tax, estate planning, financial planning and investments is an advantage. A successful Client Service Associate will need the skills to work effectively in teams as well as independently. The Client Service Associate is a non-exempt position and may be eligible for a hybrid schedule after the initial training period.

Education: Minimum of High School diploma required

Compensation: Non-Exempt position, eligible for overtime, bonuses and full benefits including health, dental, vision, life, long-term disability and 401(k).
