• Lead and manage the annual budgeting and recurring forecasting cycles
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly and quarterly results to executive leadership
• Partner with operational and commercial leaders to deliver insights only an effective FP&A Manager can provide
• Develop, enhance, and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic decision‑making
• Build dashboards and performance reporting tools to track KPIs and operational trends
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and modernize reporting and analytics processes
• Support M&A efforts—including modeling, due diligence, and integration—in the capacity of the FP&A Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CPA, and/or CFA a plus)
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business partnering skills
• Advanced Excel capability and experience with modern financial systems (Power BI, Hyperion, Adaptive, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Candidates coming directly from public accounting or with public‑accounting‑style training are highly desired
