As a premier global investment organization, the Bank Loan Team provides a full range of investment solutions to institutional and retail investors. The Bank Loan Oversight and Administration Analyst supports portfolio management and investment teams by delivering accurate reporting, trade support, and settlement coordination. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, data integrity, and high-quality service across bank loan products.

• Produce and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reporting for internal stakeholders, including investment teams, reporting groups, and legal and compliance partners
• Support traders by ensuring all trading activity is accurately and timely captured within internal systems supporting ISSM products
• Partner with the trade closing team to coordinate and facilitate loan settlements
• Act as a liaison between traders, counter parties, agent banks, and internal teams to resolve trade and settlement issues
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across systems and reports
• Perform data mining and analysis using internal and external data sources to support bank loan clients
• Collaborate effectively within the team to provide high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders

• 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred
• Experience with bonds, loans, and settlement processes preferred
• Understanding of the loan market (LMA) and fund operations preferred
• Experience in reporting, product oversight, or operations roles is a plus
• Experience with in the investment management industry is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent quantitative, qualitative, and analytical skills
• Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly and effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, and Word
• Working knowledge of S&P Wall Street Office and/or Allvue Everest is a plus
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Self‑motivated with strong follow‑through on assignments
• Open‑minded, flexible, and receptive to feedback
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
