Duly Health and Care is expanding its footprint across existing and new medical facilities. We are seeking a highly driven, technology‑savvy Project Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to lead the full lifecycle of technology onboarding and integration for all M&A activities. This individual will own the planning, coordination, and execution of acquisition‑related projects – ensuring that new facilities are fully prepared with the systems, equipment, applications, and workflows required for seamless operations on day one.

Success in this role requires a strong sense of ownership, exceptional follow‑through, and a commitment to delivering outcomes in a fast‑moving, critical‑care environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary project manager for all Duly M&A technology efforts, from initial scoping through go‑live.
  • Conduct deep‑dive facility assessments to identify gaps, requirements, risks, and necessary integrations.
  • Develop and manage full project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and delivery expectations.
  • Drive alignment across all participating teams—including Infrastructure, Applications, Networking, Security, Clinical Operations, Finance, and Facilities.
  • Identify all applications, systems, and equipment required for operational readiness at new facilities.
  • Lead the documentation and execution of integration plans for telephony, network, clinical applications, end‑user devices, remote access, and corporate systems.
  • Ensure all equipment is staged, configured, deployed, and validated prior to go‑live.
  • Oversee build and configuration work to ensure technology standards and best practices are maintained.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for M&A technology initiatives, ensuring clear communication across departments and leadership.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional meetings to review progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure accountability.
  • Provide regular status reports, risk logs, and go‑live readiness assessments to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate onsite technology activities including installation, testing, cutover, and support.
  • Drive go‑live readiness across all work streams to ensure operational continuity for providers and patients.
  • Lead post‑go‑live hyper‑care to ensure all issues are resolved promptly and transitions to steady‑state operations occur seamlessly.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in healthcare, multi‑site environments, or M&A.
  • Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, telephony, networking, end‑user computing, and enterprise applications.
  • Ability to conduct structured facility assessments and translate findings into actionable project plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes, own deliverables, and work autonomously.
  • Proven success managing complex, cross‑functional technology projects with aggressive timelines.
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and escalation management capabilities.
  • Valid driver’s license; ability and willingness to travel to clinics and facilities.
