ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

Sentinel Technologies is looking for a Service Now Developer that has the technical expertise to assist our team in driving successful outcomes by streamlining business processes. As a Service Now Developer, you will be part of a team of Service Now administrators, developers, and analysts. You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Service Now platform to support the organization’s IT service management (ITSM) and business process automation needs.
This position will be onsite to support our Downers Grove, IL headquarters.

• 5-7 years' Service Now development experience
• Full experience with Service Now Platform Required
• Strong understanding and core Implementation and architecture experience (IT Service Management, IT Business Management - SPM Strategic Portfolio Management)
• Experience with IT Asset Management and IT Operations Management preferred
• Experience CSM Implementation preferred, Domain Separation preferred
• Assist with Architecture and design, implementation, hands on developer
• Experience with Integration with other systems (Service Now, ERP or other third-party systems)
• Experience with Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, Scoped Applications, Mid servers, Instance Upgrades
• Experience with Service Catalog/Service Portal module/Flow Designer/Business Rules/SLAs/Notifications/ACLs
• Excellent JavaScript experience, support and troubleshooting experience
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude

Compensation Range:

Service Now Developer $90,000-$140,000 annually
