Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Sentinel is looking for an experienced Service Now Business Analyst to be a part of our growing team! In this role, you’ll be the go-to internal expert—diving deep into business needs, gathering and translating requirements into clear, actionable development tasks, thoroughly testing deliverables, and supporting communication across the user community during rollout. This is a full-time opportunity reporting onsite at our Downers Grove, IL corporate headquarters.

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience preferred
• Experience with ITSM and ITBM/SPM
• Service Now ITOM, CMDB, Sec Ops nice to have
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Superior presentation and negotiation skills
• Proven management and organizational skills
• Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
• In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making
• A strong knowledge of Agile development process
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude

$80,000-$150,000 annually
