As the Master Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution of customer and vendor master data creation, maintenance, and governance. You will monitor results and identify trends impacting performance related to master data. By working with managers and other team members, you will improve master data management processes with a focus on improving data quality.

• Detect, troubleshoot, document, and resolve master data anomalies
• Document and track master data process and procedure updates
• Notify business users and others impacted of changes in master data, ensuring communication of impacts upstream and downstream processes
• Subject matter and process expert; advise business users of master data requests
• Create templates and tools for master data elements

• Associate Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Oracle experience & navigation skills preferred, but not required
• Strong technical skills required; MS Office Products (Excel, Word, Teams)
• Ability to work with members of other business areas to gain understanding of the organization’s business policies and requirements
• Organized & detail oriented required

The Salary Range: $59,000 - $77,000 (actual salaries may vary based on skillset, experience, education, and other relevant factors. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.)
