Downers Grove Highland Parkway- 3x a week in office
Duly Health and Care is seeking skilled Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of enterprise IT initiatives. These roles are critical to managing project life cycles across EMR optimization, new site growth and acquisitions, analytics, and broader technical transformation efforts.

- Manage multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to timeline, budget, and scope.
- Coordinate resources and stakeholders to achieve seamless execution of initiatives related to EMR enhancements, data analytics, infrastructure, and acquisition integration.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, timelines, budgets, status reports, and risk mitigation plans.
- Facilitate cross-departmental meetings and communications to drive project milestones and resolve issues proactively.
- Support change management efforts to ensure end-user adoption and system utilization across clinical and operational teams.
- Escalate roadblocks appropriately and provide transparency on project health to IT leadership and executive sponsors.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to continuous improvement within the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or management within a healthcare or IT environment.
- Exposure to EMR systems (e.g., Epic) or technical project support preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $67,953-$101,000, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
