This ambitious transformation is powered by a portfolio of large-scale initiatives led by the Maker’s Pride Transformation Project Management Office. We are seeking a Project Manager to ensure the success of these strategic programs. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces ambiguity, and brings cross‑functional experience in managing or executing complex projects.

This is a hybrid role; in office 4 days/week.

• Lead Strategic Initiatives – Lead Maker’s Pride’s critical transformational initiatives from concept to execution
  • Own one major transformation initiative while managing 2–3 additional strategic projects.
  • Define project scope, build cross‑functional teams, establish timelines, and set clear milestones.
  • Navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges
  • Establish and track success metrics to ensure impactful outcomes
• Collaborate - Facilitate collaboration among team members and encourage different points across project teams
• Partner - Assist operations, engineering, sales, finance, or other functions through a project’s lifecycle
• Lead – Serve as a project leader to guide cross‑functional teams, manage deliverables, and coach team members to achieve a project’s objective

  Proven ability to manage or contribute to complex, cross‑functional initiatives. Demonstrated success in driving projects forward across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Effective Communication & Strategic Thinking

  Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical ability, strategic thinking and ability to effectively work with all levels of the organization.
• Analytical Proficiency
  :
  Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations and analyze data to support decision‑making.

• Education:
  
  Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, finance, accounting, or other relevant field or combination of education and experience. MBA a plus
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years experience. Food Manufacturing experience is a preferred.
• Certifications:
  
  PMP Certified preferred

This role drives business strategy and executing transformational initiatives within Maker’s Pride. Please note that this team does not lead or execute large‑scale IT projects.

The pay range for this full‑time, salaried position is $97,210-$145,814/year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
